A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Any cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Notice exceeding 24-hours is greatly appreciated in order to schedule wait-listed clients.

Any tardiness will result in a shortened service, according to the scheduled service duration. If you are more than 20 minutes late you will be considered a no show, resulting in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.

Payment is due at the time of service. Late cancellation & no show fees will be charged to the payment method(s) on file and is required to be paid in full before scheduling a future appointment.
